Shipping policy

1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following countries/regions:
United States, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Portugal, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, United Kingdom.
If your location is not listed above, please contact us at camelia@hongsoyoung.com, and we will check shipping availability and rates for you.
2. Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are calculated based on order value, package weight, and destination, as outlined below:
2.1 Standard Shipping
Orders under $100: a flat rate of $6.80 applies.
Orders of $100 or more: Free Shipping is applied.
Note: Some bulky or overweight items may not qualify for free shipping. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
2.2 Expedited Shipping (Optional)
If you need faster delivery, please select the "Expedited Shipping" option at checkout. The expedited shipping cost will be calculated in real time based on your address.
2.3 Remote Area Surcharge
For deliveries to remote areas (e.g., islands, military zones, etc.), the carrier may charge an additional surcharge. If such a surcharge applies, we will contact you by email for confirmation before shipping your order.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the shipment date and depend on the shipping method and destination. Please note that these are estimates provided by the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, our product prices do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT that may be imposed by the destination country.
These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If the package is rejected due to unpaid duties or taxes, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and associated losses.
6. Address Modifications
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at camelia@hongsoyoung.com within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the package has been shipped, the address cannot be modified. Any loss or return caused by an incorrect address provided by the buyer will be the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Shipping Issues
If your package shows no tracking updates for an extended period, or if the tracking indicates "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us at camelia@hongsoyoung.com. We will help you investigate with the carrier.
