1. How do I choose the right size for my sofa/table/window?
We provide detailed size guides and measurement tutorial videos for each product category. Please be sure to refer to the "Size Guide" on the corresponding product page before ordering. For irregular shapes (such as curved sofas, round tables), we recommend choosing customizable products or contacting customer service for assistance.
2. Are the sofa covers/fitted sheets elastic? Will they fit well?
Most of our sofa covers and fitted sheets are made of highly elastic fabrics (such as Lycra blends) or have elastic band designs, providing excellent stretch and wrapping properties to accommodate a certain range of size differences, ensuring a smooth and snug fit. Please choose according to our provided "Applicable Sizes" range.
3. Can the fabric be machine washed? Will it shrink or fade?
Most products can be machine washed in cold water, tumble dried on low heat, or air dried naturally. The fabrics we use undergo pre-shrinking and color-fixing treatments before leaving the factory, resulting in extremely low shrinkage (<3%) and minimal fading under normal washing conditions. Please see the product label or details page for specific care instructions.
4. How waterproof and oil-resistant are our tablecloths and curtains?
Some of our tablecloths and floor mats use Teflon coating or waterproof polyester fabric, effectively resisting everyday water stains and oil. However, this is not a permanent feature; we recommend regular care according to the instructions to maintain their performance. Yoga mats generally have a non-slip, sweat-absorbing surface.
5. Are our mattresses and yoga mats environmentally friendly/odorless?
We promise that all our memory foam mattresses and TPE yoga mats have passed international environmental certifications, ensuring zero heavy metals and low VOC emissions. They are fully ventilated before leaving the factory, and any slight odor after opening will dissipate quickly within 48 hours in a ventilated environment.
II. About Orders and Delivery
6. How long does it take to ship after placing an order? How long does delivery take?
We will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:
United States: 5-7 business days
Europe/Canada/Australia: 5-12 business days
Other regions: 7-18 business days

7. Do you offer international shipping? Who pays for customs duties?
Yes, we support worldwide shipping. Order prices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees (these fees are determined by the policies of the destination country). The recipient may be required to pay these fees upon delivery; please check the import regulations of your country in advance.
8. Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can contact customer service to try to modify or cancel your order before the order status changes to "Shipped". Once shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but you can apply for a return (see Return Policy).
III. After-Sales Service and Guarantee
9. Can I return or exchange an item if I am not satisfied with the product I received?
We offer a "30-Day Hassle-Free Return and Exchange" service. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and the labels are intact (excluding customized products, pre-cut products, or hygiene-related products such as mattresses and fitted sheets). Please retain the original packaging.
10. Is there a warranty?
Mattresses: 10-year limited warranty covering workmanship defects and excessive sagging.
Yoga Mats: 1-year material warranty to prevent cracking or peeling caused by abnormal use.
Textiles (sofa covers, curtains, etc.): 90-day workmanship warranty to ensure there are no manufacturing defects in stitching, zippers, etc.
11. What if the color of the sofa cover/curtains differs from what is shown on the website?
We have tried our best to reproduce the true color of the product under professional lighting. However, due to differences in monitor brands and settings, slight color differences may exist. If you are extremely sensitive to color, we recommend requesting a free fabric sample (available for some products) before making a purchase decision.
12. What should I do if my yoga mat starts to slip?
First, clean the surface of the mat with mild soapy water and allow it to air dry. Daily sweat and dust can reduce its anti-slip properties. If it is still slippery after cleaning, the mat may have reached the end of its lifespan (usually 1-2 years of high-intensity use), and replacement is recommended.
